MOST TRUSTED REPAIR SHOP IN MOUNT KISCO.....I had an emergency fuel pump failure an hour away from where I live in Connecticut. I had my SAAB towed to Ken's shop after talking to him on the phone... He did an excellent job at a fair price. He was completely honest and straight shooting in his dealing with me...Ken built his business on customer trust and loyalty. Although he is far away, it will be worth it to me to continue to bring my car to him... Thanks Ken!
This auto repair shop does good work at a fair price. When I had to come back after a couple of days with a problem, they took care of it at no additional cost. I'll go back for sure. It's much more affordable and I trust them.
I bought a 1995 Audi convertible from eBay and it needed some work. Ken was very diligent in checking the car and gave me a fair estimate of the costs. The car was fixed and the final costs were exactly as estimated which is a rare occurence when it comes to auto repairs. Because the full front axle was changed, the steering rack developed a rubbing noise when taking a hard right turn. Ken is looking into it at no extra cost so I guess his work comes with a guarantee.
Very cheap and did a good job repairing my A6. I'll be back.
I JUST SAVED MYSELF OVER $200 ON REPAIRS TO MY BMW BY TAKING IT TO AUTOWORKS. MY FRIEND RECOMMENDED I GIVE THEM A TRY. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM AND DID MY INSPECTION TOO. VERY CONVENIENT.
This shop is clean, conveniently located and honest. The owner actually talks me out of unneeded repairs. He knows how to keep the customers coming back. I always recommend them to friends looking for a reputable garage for repairs.
I CAN AFFORD TO KEEP MY AUDI RUNNING WITH AUTOWORKS. MUCH CHEAPER THAN THE DEALER AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO.
