Staff stayed out of my hair when I was looking, but were still very helpful when the time came to actually buy.
A few days ago now I went in to Comox Valley Hyundai to look at some used vehicles. I did not end up finding what I was looking for, but I did have sales person Tyler help me out. He was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had! Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!
I purchased a Cadillac Escalade in fall of 2021 from autowise. Was a great experience. Jim with autowise picked me up at the Victoria airport as I was flying in from kelowna. The entire transaction was seemless. As with any used vehicle, they aren’t perfect however the Escalade didn’t let me down once, during the entire 3 years i owned it. They were able to get me a great deal on a warranty as well, and when it required some service a couple years later, the warranty covered it. Hands down the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Saw what I liked online, sent an inquiry online and then made the trip from comox and within the hour I was driving away with the car i wanted! Jim was super professional, easy to chat with and made everything simple. He even called for insurance for me and asked them to bring me a new parks plate! I would give them a 10 star rating if I could!
Had a great experience buying my truck from Peter and Sunny at Autowise. Would highly recommend them to people in the future. No pressure sales, and went above and beyond with making sure some small issues were fixed after purchase. Just genuinely nice people to deal with.
