I recently purchased a used car from Autowise, and my experience has been disappointing. Shortly after the purchase, the car began to fail, and when I reached out to the dealership for assistance, they refused to help. I expected better customer service and accountability, especially after making such a significant investment. I would advise potential buyers to be cautious and consider other options before making a purchase here.

Do NOT buy a car from these people. Sunny sold me a 2007 jeep patriot and in less than two years I take it to the shop and they found the rear frame rotted and the rear diff broke away from the mounting. I texted sunny several times and no reply until I called and spoke to Jim. I got an email stating that it was possible It was from me but there’s no way the rust would get so bad to the point of rotting with only putting 11000 km on it.
