If I could I would rate them no stars. Worst car experience ever. Said they fixed something; a month later same issue occurred. Jeff (general manager) is by far the worst, uses every excuse except his incompetence. It took almost 4 months to resolve another minor issue and not one time was I offered anything for my inconvenience. Only thing stated was excuses, more excuses, etc. Drew (the shop manager) is the only positive at the dealership. If you see this dealership speed away.
I work with geissel she was very helpful and friendly I would recommend friends and family to go see her on a scale of 1 to 10 I give her a ten I love that dealership very nice customer service if I ever needed another car I would go there first donna rhinehart
