Haven’t even installed the unit yet, but for a company that supposedly prides them selves on customer service, they absolutely suck. Emailed them about a problem with my order before it was shipped. They did not respond to my emails. A week later I emailed them again, and finally got a response, but they’ve already shipped it. They were going to look into it, and get back to me, but never have. At this point I don’t know if I’m going to even install it.

I purchased a VW Touareg to tow my car hauler and found out after the purchase that even with the trailer tow package it did not have the wire harness under the dash for a brake controller.
