I was extremely impressed with the great service and straightforward dealing I got with these wonderful people. It is always a hassle to sell a vehicle and they made it painless and even fun. The night before I went to Autowana, I was insulted by the lack of professionalism at one of the larger dealers in the area, they offered me way less than their KBB guarantee price, after two days of texting me to get me in to "allow them to give me a better offer by seeing the vehicle". The process was quick and easy. Al was extremely polite and professional. He even met me on the west side of the river on a Saturday due to my busy schedule/kids. I still had a lien on my vehicle, but also had equity. Once AutoWana received my title they sent me the equity check. I got a quote from Carmax and another private broker and AutoWana beat them both. I am extremely happy with my decision to sell to them.
