I couldn't find a location for them in California, where I had a business with them, so I am rating them here. The inspector who showed up is the most unfriendly human or live being that I have ever seen. No "rate your experience" or any feedback I am thinking to start my own inspection business to screw em

0 stars. Randomly changed my appointment multiple times without notice. Now changed to Christmas Eve and saying no other options. BMW should know better than to associate with this sad excuse for a company.

Cannot believe this business is in business, with no competition? Someone, open a competing business! If they charged for express last-minute inspections I'd pay it... but telling me you need to make an appointment up to THREE MONTHS before your lease is up is craaaaaazy. They don't seem to be a good employer either... maybe if they paid their staff higher, offered a month of paid vacation per year (the new standard these days), and had 4 day workweeks, they'd be humming like a well oiled machine... evangelize the employees,... read more

Worst experience ever. They are a necessary evil. Won't buy another Toyota because them. Had to extend my lease and even though the told me the will try their best to get my car inspected. They didn't do it.
