This shop is awesome! This is the second time I have come to this shop for oil changes. Easy to book appointment, I wait for my car, lobby is clean/confortable. Staff is very friendly. They do a thorough check of my car and give a checklist with any issues that need to be addressed. They even vacuum my car. and wash my windows. And leave a little thank you snack in my car. Great service, comparible prices, great coupons, great staff! I will be back!
I had my truck towed down to Autovantage after my axle broke on Donner pass. I made the appointment waiting for my tow truck and dropped it off after hours after speaking with Chris. The next day Chris and everyone at Autovantage stayed late to get me on the road before the weekend, and kept me updated on all my options and concerns. I really appreciate the quality service and care. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, what a great shop. Thanks again.
I had my daughter take her car here & we are not disappointed!!! They took really good care of her as it was her very first time doing this on her own. Her first mechanic experience was far from a nightmare. I truly appreciate this team!!! Thank you for treating my daughter so well & explaining in detail the issues her car was having and getting it fixed.
I'm having trouble with my car so I brought it in hoping this place could help, in the end they told me they could not replicate the issue. Luckily I got the "privilege" of only paying half price (A measly 5 hours of blood, sweat, and tears in real terms). On top of that, right before rainy season they somehow rolled down my broken window that they would have known was broken when they tried to roll it back up, when was the last time a mechanic gave you back a vehicle with a window rolled halfway down, they knew, but didn't ... read more
