This shop is awesome! This is the second time I have come to this shop for oil changes. Easy to book appointment, I wait for my car, lobby is clean/confortable. Staff is very friendly. They do a thorough check of my car and give a checklist with any issues that need to be addressed. They even vacuum my car. and wash my windows. And leave a little thank you snack in my car. Great service, comparible prices, great coupons, great staff! I will be back!
The whole team at Autovantage Service Center is great. We've only taken 2 trucks to them so far but right with our first visit we immediately felt they were pros, great communicators and eager to accommodate. We received a thorough report of the issues and knew we could trust the information, the best path to resolution and at a fair price. Our 2nd visit was a pre-purchase inspection. Again, very thorough and trustworthy. They are now our go-to shop for our trucks and any vehicles they are able to work on for us.
I am very impressed with the excellent service this business provides. I called to make an appointment and was greeted by a very friendly and professional lady. The day of my service appointment was the same. Very welcoming staff and a very clean and professional shop. My car was vacuumed and a snack was left in the car. I will definitely be back.
I got a no-pressure call asking if I needed services for my 2024 Toyota Corolla cross from the team at Auto Advantage. I trust them implicitly to be fair and efficient. My family takes all of their vehicles here. I drive pretty far to get my car care here because they are honest, kind and the experience feels pleasantly personal. I recommend them to people regularly. So grateful I found them. Thanks for detailing the car as well.
I had my daughter take her car here & we are not disappointed!!! They took really good care of her as it was her very first time doing this on her own. Her first mechanic experience was far from a nightmare. I truly appreciate this team!!!
