Wonderful place to have your car serviced! Front desk clerk was very kind, service was quick, and the waiting room was very comfortable. They even had a cup of coffee available while you wait! Most of all, my car ran noticeably better after the much needed service. Thank you!
This was my first visit to Autovantage service center in Auburn CA. A rare experience these days. They did exactly what they said they would and it was done when they said it would be done. AND, they went just a little beyond great. They left a small bag of mini pretzels in my car seat… Their waiting room is as nice as the people working there. Jerry 👍👍
I had my A/C compressor replaced, the work was done fast and clean. I am a car guy and have very high expectations for quality and cleanliness. I was impressed by the overall cleanliness of the shop, the reception area and the surrounding property. I received great communication throughout the experience. It was a very professional and positive experience. They will be my "go to" shop and I will recommend them to my friends.
We took our car into AutoVantage for a second opinion on an estimated $3900 repair. The good folks at AV kept the vehicle overnight so they could recreate the noises we were hearing. AV came back with a different diagnosis. Long story short, it saved us more than $3500 dollars. Their communication was excellent ( kudos to Dresden and crew). Their commitment to task was both professional and efficient. We would highly recommend AutoVantage as a vehicle solutions center.
Nice environment nice service questionnable ethics. I have been there several times. The first time I described my vehicle that needed a service and called ahead to check the price. When I came in it was quite a bit higher and they corrected it. They recommended several services recently that i put off due to increasing costs in my life.
