We are from the Beaumont area, trying to get to Waco for a family reunion. These sweet people at 6:30 pm on a Friday helped us get situated. They are going to fix our brakes on Monday morning and we will pick up our car (take the rent car back) and go back home. God takes care of us! Thank you Lord for this car shop!!!!

Huge thank you to Ralph and Alfredo for their above and beyond customer service!! I was able to make a next day appointment and get my car back the same day! Ralph and Alfredo both made sure that I was comfortable and understood what was going on with my car. Ralph went so far as to even show me the part that was replaced. Very trustworthy, fair prices, and excellent customer service!
