Took my vehicle in and they immediately did a test drive , assessed,, diagnosed and did the repairs. They had me back on the road safely within a few hours. Everyone was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I loved how they showed and described to me what they were needing to do and keeping me updated as the repairs were going on. Great customer service ! They always take good care of my vehicle! Would highly recommend and will definitely return, as needed.
My first time here for an oil change today, and Brandon was very welcoming and assured me I would be in and out in a timely manner. And I was!! Very happy with the service I received. Brandon and everyone I met were kind and professional. I will be back, and I would definitely recommend giving them a try for your auto repair needs!
I was referred to AutoTrust by my coworker Debbie. She was spot on. Fred the Service Writer is really friendly and helpful. The work they performed was my ABS Module and brake system. I must say Richard the Technician did an outstanding job and confirmed the problem and fixed it to my satisfaction. I will be back. Thank you for the gift.
It was wonderful to see a happy smiling face when I walked into the shop. Finally they hired a female to take care of customers. Yea. She got me fixed up and out of there in no time. Love her professionalism (so much better than having a frowning mechanic lime in past years). Thanks again.
Great place. We were visiting and needed a trusted place to get an oil change for our diesel truck. They did that and checked to make sure everything else was good for our continued travel. Even making an appointment was a pleasure. I talked to Ralph and he was go welcoming and personable that I looked forward to our visit. Great service at a fair price with trusted professionals. What more could I ask.
