Great experience. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. No pressure interactions were a welcome change from normal car shopping. This is our third vehicle purchased from Auto Trek because the other two turned to be fantastic vehicles. I highly recommend stopping by.
David and Steve both sold us a lemon and hid it. They recharged the AC before our test drive so it seemed like it was blowing cold. Right after we bought the car it stopped blowing cold and we took it to a mechanic paid hundreds of dollars and they weren’t able to fix the leak. Our newborn baby got heat exhaustion in the car and was vomiting because of the lack of AC.
