They are crooks. They sold us a car that they said they would replace a suspension. They ended up only epoxy the suspension. Less than two months after we purchased the car we brought it to a dealership it has over $22,000 worth of work. The car was deemed zero value. We had just purchased it for $30,000. When we called them to complain of all the work that needed to be done, especially the suspension system that they said they had replaced. Do not buy from here!!! They dont hold true to their promises and sell you vehicles that havent gone through proper safety inspections. Major things that should be repaired like motor mounts, TPMS Sensors, and shocks. Then when you bring the vehicle back to get the things corrected they tell you it is not covered. They will whine and complain about how short staffed they are, but how they want to be a big dealership but they dont have the work ethic or professionalism to get there. Do not buy used Audi's from this dealership! They sold me a 2012 A4 with bad piston rings. Its burns a QT of oil every 500 miles. Its been a 6 month long financial nightmare. Audi wont help because its not certified pre-owned, the extended warranty Autotrek sold me wont cover the problem either. They ripped me off twice. Autotrek was very responsive, but was only willing to pay $700 for an engine flush that didn't fix the problem. It will cost 4-5k to replace the rings. As the customer states we would have no way to determine an oil consumption problem in the short time we had the vehicle. This seems like a manufacture defect that Audi should take more responsibility for and possibly recall. We are always happy to discuss a trade-in scenario and the warranty is cancelable at any time.
