I hate to admit how much money I overspent with different shops before I was told about Bob at Autotrans. I am a senior, and I don't always understand things as fast as I used to. Bob takes time to explain exactly what is going on, how much it will cost to fix it, and he's never tried pressure on me, unlike some other places.
