I've had a pleasure doing business with Auto Town. A guy by the name of Mike took great care of me. Very honest, and dedicated to meeting all of my needs. The car was coming to Dallas aaaannd Mike was even kind enough tho stay after until the transporter arrived to pick the vehicle up. Didn't beat around the bush. Sent extra pictures. Just made it an all around GREAT experience. I would most certainly do business with them again. Remember... ask for Mike
Don’t trust Maloy Hayes I was looking in to a getting a new car and Maloy was assisting me. I found the car I wanted but I had to go to work, Maloy said he would get all the information together and call me when I could come purchase the vehicle. I waited one week for him to contact me he never did when I finely got ahold of someone they sold the car I was interested in they Day I called. Easiest car buying experience We bought a 2015 Lincoln MKZ and it was the easiest car buying experience i’ve Ever had. We were a little off on what we owed on our trade in and I wasn’t going to roll anything over on the new loan, they gave me what we owed and even got me a better interest rate than what I already was pre approved for. Great Experience! This was our first experience with Autotown! My wife and I were looking to replace her car which was becoming too costly to fix.
