Shout out to Autotech! You guys are the real MVPs! My Subaru was a struggle. Autotech quickly identified what was wrong with my car, and got to work. The warranty company was difficult, but throughout the process, Phil and Brian from Autotech were positive, friendly and funny. They finished the job as quickly as the warranty company would allow, and made sure I was taken care of. Autotech plays a strong and supportive role in our community, and I'll be sure to visit them for future needs.
Brian Hall was super unprofessional and rude, when I took a car in for a blue star inspection, he told me it would be an hour but when I came back an hour later said it was a misunderstanding and that it would be 3 days. After asking for my keys and letting him know we would be getting a refund he changed his mind and said it would get done in the morning because "we stay open saturdays we just don't tell anyone" I told him I would still like my keys and he called the car a piece of junk.
