Recommended5 star service and 5 star mechanic today at AutoTech! After my previous experience with a local mechanic I was hesitant to even trust another shop for a diagnosis, but I am so happy that I did. Brian Hall offered to have one of his mechanics fully diagnose my daughters car on a Sunday! It would be an understatement to say that it was just a diagnosis. Great guys and very reasonable took my Saturn Vue in for some work and they fixed it right up, very friendly, they listen to your concerns and tell you straight up what needs to be done and nothing more, they have since worked on my daughters car also to make sure she was safe on the road as a new driver. Thanks guys it's great to have a reliable, affordable place to bring our cars to. Highly recommended.
I’ve had to take two separate cars here! Both times were pleasant experiences. The employees are trustworthy, knowledgeable, quick, they go out of there way to help you, and they had great pricing compared to competitors! I highly recommend Autotech and I will continue to go to them because of the experiences I’ve had there!!
I would like to give credit where credit is due. Rex and Kim at Autotech in Oliver Springs, TN were able to help me when I was in a bind. I was on vacation off roading at WindRock OHV Park in Oliver Springs and lost the gear seal in my steering box. Not only did they know exactly what the problem was with my Jeep, they also moved me up in priority to get my matter resolved without stranding me out of town. Whoever is answering the phone was pleasant and informative. Didn't get annoyed by my questions and gave great customer service.
I mangled my exhaust pipe in Moab at Easter Jeep Safari. When I got back in to town I decided to hit up Autotech to see if they could repair my pipe. Brian had me in and out in 30 minutes, and the repair looks great. These guys do great work and provide exceptional customer service!
