RecommendedExcellent customer service, I have them the parameters of what I needed to get financed and within minutes John had a truck pulled up in their inventory that he thought would work, and even with my not so great credit had me in a 2014 RAM with a great payment and had me going in no time. I was skeptical about buying a car over the phone. It looked so perfect in the pictures and was exactly what I was looking for. It was such a good deal that I called and asked if I could go ahead and start the process and pick it up the next day. My credit is horrible and i truely thought i was a hopeless case. Justin and adam was the best. They was able to offer me a beautiful care with low milage at a great price! These two men are very good at thier jobs and treat people with respect and great to work with! I would refer anyone to these gentleman and this lot.
I don't leave reviews. But when a place or someone goes above and beyond. It's worth sharing. That's exactly what auto star of west asheville did.
