Routine oil change, service, and tire rotation were all completed in a timely manner to my satisfaction. All of the staff were pleasant and professional.
I scheduled an oil change online, received a confirmation, and arrived on time for the appointment. However, upon arrival, I was told that they don’t actually honor online appointments. Thankfully, the staff member was able to work our vehicle in, which we appreciated—but it’s frustrating and misleading to offer an online booking system with confirmations if it’s not actually supported.
