0 Star : My Experience Everything was fine until I picked up my car, and after driving away, I thought the back seat looked funny, so I looked back and the seats were still down, and on top of them was a big yellow "thing", that turned out to be the heat shield from under the hood. I called and went back and Chas and John put it back on.
