0 Star : My Experience I brought my truck in on Oct 3 for an adjustment on the window. The window fully closes but now there’s approximately 12 scratches all in a line at the top of the same window. I’m assuming that whatever tool was used scratched the outside.
5 Star : My Experience I think the status updates would be more effective via text message so they are promptly seen and read rather than via email where they get lost in the volume. Otherwise, very happy with the quality of work and helpfulness of the staff, especially Tony.
