Did an excellent job on my repair. Highly recommended.
Lupita manager of the auto body assured me the repair for damage done by next door passion auto would be good as new. Not true! 2 weeks later they not only done a bad job, the door misaligned. Requiring me to spend more money and time on aligning the door. Something a basic body shop should have done properly. Clearly the underhanded dealing or payment to auto spec was cheaply done. Tony has always been the umost professional and honest mechanic that I've known. He always keeps me in the loop when there is additional work that needs to be done.
I had a positive experience with AUTOSPEC-LV. I like the fact, I was no pressured in getting extra work done on my SUV. The young man name Tony Diaz, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and super helpful in giving me the truth concerning my needs on fixing what had to be done on my SUV.
