Buyer beware if you try to return an unopened product, because they TAKE NO RETURNS!! I purchased speakers 5 days before, and the speakers were not fitting as the employee advised….but only in-store credit offered. Employee said their “no-return” policy is on the bottom of the receipt, WHICH COULD ONLY BE SEEN AFTER THE PURCHASE—AND NEVER INFORMED OF BEFORE THE PURCHASE!! Knowledgeable staff but selection was slim but it is possibly due to covid
I had a great experience here! They were very knowledgeable and did an awesome job with new speakers for my car.
Very disappointed...I called and setup a time to go in and make arraignments to get a new system installed in a corvette. Bose system had already been replaced with a basic system and all I wanted was a new head unit, amp, and 4 speakers. The guy there gave me attitude like I was bothering him, then said that their systems "start" at $2,500. (Never ever looked at the car.)
