Just on a 3 way call while my husband was trying to get help. Car stopped and this was the closest shop. The lady that answered the phone was rude as hell and super dismissive. We dodged potential issues that's for sure. Couldn't believe how that call was handled. I don't know what it is with Pgh but customer service quality does not seem to matter. I almost chimed in and just told him to hang up that's how dismissive she was like she didn't want the business.
Called for emergency diagnostic service inquiry for one of my company vehicles that broke down on the parkway, just to get scheduled (knowing it would take time). The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, dismissive and very passive aggressive and then eventually denied me service because of the car warranty company that I have (Proguard), which by the way is able to be used at any ASE auto mechanic shop. I would'nt recommed going there just by the customer service alone - especially as a 1st time caller.
I won't take my car anywhere else since I've moved to the city. Honest, quick, friendly, and they take the time to help you understand the condition of your car

Would not recommend. Either they tried to scam me, or the mechanic who worked on my car cannot read a brake caliper. I dropped off my car in for state inspection. I got a call from the shop saying that my brakes are worn down to 0/32" and they needed changed asap, and they gave me a quote for the job. By my estimate I should not have needed brakes by that point, so I told them they can fail it for the inspection, I would pay the fee for that, and I'll take it somewhere else for a second opinion.
