Would not recommend. Either they tried to scam me, or the mechanic who worked on my car cannot read a brake caliper. I dropped off my car in for state inspection. I got a call from the shop saying that my brakes are worn down to 0/32" and they needed changed asap, and they gave me a quote for the job. By my estimate I should not have needed brakes by that point, so I told them they can fail it for the inspection, I would pay the fee for that, and I'll take it somewhere else for a second opinion. Have been here twice in the past two years, first time was fine, but this time there was an obvious miscommunication between my mechanic and the rest of the staff that led to the same diagnostic eval being done twice. mechanic took his frustrations out on me by hanging up on me and then accusing me of having an attitude when I went to pick up my car. stooped so low as to roll his eyes at me when I walked in. Extremely unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Definitely the best place to take your vehicle if your looking for reliability, honesty and integrity! This is the only place I trust to take care of all of my vehicles both personal and business vehicles! Trusting someone to not take advantage of you due to lack of knowledge is something that everyone worries about, but I can tell you from personal experience that you won't have that worry here! From the scheduling to the service work it's worry free!
Always upfront and reliable. Been bringing cars in for annual inspections for years now and they're to the point with reasonable prices and good work.
It's always a little nerve wracking trying out a new mechanic but I have found my new go to shop. I was able to get an appointment within a week and a half to have the struts replaced on my high mileage 05 CRV and it was such a positive experience. I appreciated the person in the office breaking down parts + labor before I agreed to go ahead with the work, and while initially told my car would be ready next day, these guys had it ready same afternoon (despite being understaffed!). A+.
