I ordered a front right shock for my Mazda 3 2011, but I got a left front shock for my car. They didn't send me the right part, and when I asked them to return it, they said I have to pay shipping fees. Seriously, they sent me the wrong part and they're asking me to pay shipping fees.
I have had a horrible customer service experience when I reached out to them to Get help with my father's part I ordered and a hellish ride it was. Customer service reps were not helpful and did not acknowledge anything at all or even tried to help me but kept on asking same questions which were irrelevant .
