TERRIBLE do not purchase parts from HERE. I purchased a wheel bearing for approximately 90$ It didn't last 3 months unbearable noises, and Midas has confirmed. There warranty is bogus they need to refund customers. No one wants to pay labour to reinstall low-quality parts and they know that
I call the Kanata location's local number (613) to inquire about a part and get redirected to your call center... I couldn't understand the first guy, so I call back. The second guy can't confirm inventory (refuses to call the location to see if the part is actually in stock - 1 unit in stock), refuses to reserve or sell me the part over the phone (what's the point of the call center), and then tells me there's stock in Orleans but doesn't recommend because "it's too far". AutoShack is the worst place to buy parts in the world. I purchased parts for my car worth $1,225 and paid a warranty for all the parts. I found that two of the parts, worth $318, had issues. When I went to exchange them, they insisted that I have the car inspected by a mechanic. After I did that and spent around $200 on a detailed inspection, they still refused to accept it, demanding a more specific inspection report that states the parts were purchased from their store.
