Beyond impressed. In the hustle and bustle of today's world, I rarely receive incredible customer service anymore. I called AutoScandia per my husband's recommendation, on Saturday afternoon (after-hours mind you) Not only did the owner pick up the phone but he took the time to go through options on my overdue tire replacement issue. He then called and followed back up first thing this morning and is making sure the tires are replaced by end of week!! Very refreshing. I highly recommend AutoScandia!
AutoScandia is the best! I've been here for routine oil changes and, most recently, a headlight bulb replacement, and every visit they've provided top-notch customer service. I'm not usually able to drop my car off, so I arrive by 8 a.m. and love that I can wait in the waiting area and use their wifi to work (I'm able to work remotely). The quality of service on my car is always highly satisfactory.
