I purchased a Ford escape their first week I had it shock mount was rotted out cost me $300 then a week later transmission went out told me it was $500 to fix it that they would pay for the labor but the transmission would be $500 they put a transmission in that one didn’t work so then they put a second transmission in that one worked now The whole frame underneath is rotted out $1800 to get that fixed it’s more than what I paid for the car call the finance company told me to get repair receipts so I went to the dealership w... read more

Other than providing the key to inspect the car, the staff paid no attention to us. Vehicle has much more aesthetic damage than what can be seen in the picture. The price was also not to be negotiated. Apparently $5,500 has already been put into the car, so unless you are okay with paying $6k and/or financing, I wouldn't even take the time to see this car in person.
Great experience!! Easy and fast transaction with zero hassle. I noticed a fantastic selection of nice vehicles. I recommend anyone looking to buy a nice car to visit these folks. Thanks for your professionalism Darcell.
