I’m a ford dealer out of Ebensburg PA. My manager and I called yesterday about purchasing a vehicle for a friend of mine who recently came back from deployment. It was the 1999 VehiCross that you guys have. Upon talking with Barbara she informed my manager and I that the vehicle was completely shopped and reconditioned and ready to go! My friend goes out today to find that the car needs thousands of dollars in work and the best they can do is a $250 military discount...lol that’s a joke! Called ahead for them to hold a vehicle for me. Test drove it with my girlfriend and Tim. Car was smooth, felt good. Tim was a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and definitely patient. He knew his stuff. The experience was great. I really felt like I was making friends more than I was buying a car. A great experience through and through. I don’t know what the future holds but let’s hope when I need it, it’ll be another car from AutoRide of Reading. 5/5

Despite a very rocky start, fences were mended and we did buy a vehicle here. The vehicle has a great warranty, was super clean, and was a perfect fit for what we were searching for. I do recommend double checking all numbers on any paperwork they give you when you sit and discuss pricing, sometimes the math doesn't always add up. However Tim was willing to go over everything with us, answer all questions, and was a pleasure to work with! In the end they upheld all promises made!

First new to me purchase in 17 years, and I couldn't be happier. Outstanding vehicles that are priced well, and the best customer service you can find anywhere. Overall, a very relaxed, enjoyable experience. I'll be back in the future.
