Very poor communication. My family has been waiting for the autopsy report for two months and Dr. Hall has not returned our phone calls nor responded to our emails. We will be seeking legal advice regarding this matter.
Dr. Hall, while seemingly a nice, calm individual, is a horrible communicator with family members, who have paid him well for his work. He fails to return phone calls when messages are left and or he answers the phone when he's too busy to talk, telling you so. His inability to relate to individuals who's family member suffered terribly and unnecessarily in the weeks prior to their death is very problemlematic. Perhaps he needs empathy and sympathy training to actually perform his job well.
