Great customer service
Wife took her car in for a pink slip, they said that the back tyres were worn on the inside and accused her of not getting a wheel alignment. Then tried to sell her 2 new tyres. After picking it up myself, they told me that the alignment was off.. I took the car back to the tyre shop who did the alignment, perfect results.. no alignment issues and barely any wear on the tyres as it turns out, still another 20k left in them. My MIL first started having dramas last Friday where her car just cut out. She managed to get to Picton, but unfortunately it cut out again, then the tow truck came, got the car, Nathan had waited at the shop for the car to arrive. They advertise $200 for basic service. Today they decided, without asking me, to change air con filter, when I arrived to pick up my car, they charged me $365..NOT HAPPY.
