This dealership got back to me right away. It took me a couple days to make it down to Lynnwood. Both Clay and Alex contacted me following up on my request of a particular vehicle. Clay was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the way he was NOT pushy in any way or trying to force me into any car possible, like some other dealerships I'd went to... It wasn't the right car for me, but I would rate my over all experience as Good.
My momma taught me if you can't say something good don't say nothing at all. Too bad I missed the car of my dreams. In this day and age they're overly cautious you can't blame them but I arrange financing but I don't pay for a car completely. Before I see it with my own eyes I was told they never had that problem before. So I suppose all their other out-of-state buyers were brain dead.
Nice people but have had to go back and forth multiple times and it's a really far drive from Tacoma

Honestly I wouldn't even give them a star clay the car sales man there was very rude didn't even provide a good busy like service was dishonest in is dealings had us drove all the way from Tacoma a hour and a half for a 1991 Toyota DX wagon that is so run into the ground it's not even worst $500 found that out after we decided to do a prebuyers inspection found out it needed $2500 worth of work in order to get it functional my advise to buyers buying a car from autoplex motors or any dealership please do a pre buyers inspect... read more
