Terrible experience trying to buy a car in a cash deal. My car salesman was some disturbed kid named ********* ******, who has serious anger issues. My trade in vehicle was worth more than the car I was interested in buying and ********* got upset when I didn't take his lowball offer. This is after he said he would punch his manager in the face if he didn't offer more. I bought two brand new cars from this dealer. Honda Accord 2021 was having issues with the screen. I went four times to the dealership and they were not able to fix my car. It's very distracting while driving and becoming a safety concern. I have two minors who ride in that car every day. I am very disappointed on their service. This was the absolute worse car buying experience ever. If I could give a lower star than a one, I would. My initial review was 5 stars until we had to return a car. I was in the market for a used car for my mom, my husband found a used accord on their lot. We test drove it and was more less pressured into buying it, because " so many offers were coming in on that car". I had an appointment to look at a used car. The car was sold after made the appointment. I get that because it is first come, first served. No one bothered to call and tell me. I drive 2 hours round trip with gas prices over $4.40 a gallon. They never offered to compensate me anything, just a meaningless apology. I'm done with Autopark Honda in Cary.
I bought my 2018 Honda Accord from Autopark Honda in March 2018. Five months ago I checked with them about trading my vehicle for a certified Honda Accord with more bells and whistles. They said they would let me trade my vehicle for 17,500. Five months later, I found a certified 2018 Honda Accord that I really liked. This time I was told I could trade my vehicle for 15,500.
