Booked at 11:12am for parking between 11:30an and 5:30 pm as we were driving to the independence hall today. They charged for 7am to 1pm at $15 and then at the gate demanded $28 since the parking was till 3:30pm. No callbacks or nothing. Of course they do it through Jpass which means they can now pawn off their charges. Since I am patriotic, I will say that I paid towards the forefathers and what they mean to me but this is poor business practice. Have all the proof.
