Wonderful experience. Katy for internet sales was great, answered all my questions and more. Tyler in sales was Exellent, so personable, easy to approach , very patient, courteous , his mom would be so proud of this young man. Dan the owner was wonderful also , again very patient and understanding , I felt this team was very welcoming and helpful . Did buy at beautiful baby last night and would buy again from this team. The dealership contacted me, called me, but, I was at work all day, so, I couldn't respond right away. Some people work on the Holidays! Then I finally got to call them, all excited to go see the Juke around 5pm, they asked me to bring my trade in to look at it, and then said it was a courtesy call, because they SOLD the Juke! Asked me if I wanted something else, I said, no, but then they kept sending me E-Mails on my inquiry about the Juke even after they sold it! Very disappointed!
Katy was a pleasure to work with. Answered a ridiculous number of questions, took a ridiculous number of pictures for me, and promptly replied to any email I sent.
They were awesome! Have bent over backward to accommodate us.
Salesman Gary Rivard very helpful.
Sales guy Gary was great but owner of dealership called and was unhelpful, arrogant, and unprofessional when discussing pricing and trade in. I did not do business with them because of this.
