Talk about the rudest experience I have ever had with a “mom and pap” dealership I called and asked a simple question and they snapped at me and talked down to me for asking a simple question and I quote if I want better customer service I should stick with a bigger dealership end quote that is what there manager said to me. For a small shop figured they would want to treat there customers alittle better since it dont take much for a small shop to go under. -100/10 I would never waste my money there.
If there were a zero I'd put it. This truck was terrible, no one seemed like they even wanted to be bothered with me when I got there, even after we had already spoken on the phone and they knew I was coming
The pics don’t show the hail that is all over the car. He could have told me this before I drove an hour and half to look at it. Very displeased and he acted like he had no idea that it had so much hail damage. Would never consider buying from this place again.
Good communication
I didn't actually go to this dealership, but the experience I did have was not good. I looked at a car Saturday evening and thankfully took a screenshot to show my wife, the next morning they had increased the advertised price from $7,850 to $8,995, not a huge deal but when I asked them about it they lied and said they never raise their prices. The said they would honor the price after I showed them the screenshot, that's the only reason it's not a 1 star. So just make sure you take a screenshot of the price lol.

Was very friendly & helpful.. Impressed with him willing to answer any questions I had about the vehicle I was inquiring about
