I had an appointment, and I had to wait to get my recall done. I noticed they do not give the customer service that they used to give. I am glad I am done with the recall, since it took like 2 years for them to deal with it.
Stress free experience. I have been a customer since 2022. And I will continue to be one. Highly recommend this dealership if you are in the lookout for a Volvo. Their service department is really good too, very professional at handling tricky problems and regular services
Volvo in Palo Alto couldn’t get our car serviced for like a month! (hose broke and we’re leaving to go camping! In a few days), so we called SJ Volvo and they got us in within a couple days!
