Excellent Service! Got fatal coolant leak fixed in few days without time reservation.
This is a review for the service team. I went to the service department at the beginning of its opening hour on Sat. without an appointment since I thought my car had an issue with the coolant (coolant was at max level, and so was worried that it was a more urgent issue). I waited two hours till I was assisted which can be considered fair since I didn’t have an appointment. A smooth and positive buying experience! I was looking for a specific color and model of the new Volvo EX90 and the only dealership that had it was AutoNation Volvo San Jose. I called and spoke to a sales rep., Joseph. The first thing I asked about was if I would need to drive up to San Jose from San Diego, where I live, to pick up the car.
