Everything went easy and well. Cheyenne, the service advisor was excelente in explaining my questions. She was extremely polite.
We bought a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo in March 2025. Love the car, but the experience, especially with management, has been incredibly frustrating. This is my third Volvo lease for my business. You would think that a place could be loyal and respectful to its customers, and true to their word. Instead, after 6 hours, indeed what they had promised about an extended warranty for my lease was untrue and that would not actually be able to happen as they had stated in the negotiations. If I ran my business this way, I doubt I would have a business at all. But exactly what you expect of deceptive car sales people is exactly what you will get here.
