Recently bought a vehicle from Autonation Sanford--the sales person was great! the finance guy--not so much--so he talked me into a warranty contract for a honda crv 2018--told me it WAS $15.00/month. I started to look at the contract $4000.00 dollars--mathematically it does not add up--furthermore--I put a $2000 down--it increased the amount financed by $2000 dollars! I want to amend a earlier review. It wasnt customer service that sucks. I was the management sales manager. I shoed up to pay cash for a truck $16303,52 . the manager being new he couldn't only get that amount from me. But the other person was fianacing the truck which means more money in the deal for them. He wanted all the money he could get for that truck . he was money hungry and wouldn't take cash they can make more on a fiance deal! It's sorry to think cash doesn't give them that extra! I called Auto Nation and Nick slash Norman was the salesman that took the lead on a truck I seen on internet. He asked on friday if I could come to see the truck. I didnt have a way to get there till saturday when my sister could drive me over to sanford. We set appointment for 300 pm. I received a call to come over as soon as possible this was 900am I had my sister drive me over to sanford. I rushed over to sanford driving about 80mph. DO NOT SELL YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS COMPANY. I submitted my vehicle information through Kelly Blue Book. The offer was for $10,400. I was contacted by Auto Nation. I explained to them that my husband was a disabled veteran and unable to drive. If I came there, I would have no way home. They said they would pay for an Uber. They also said the entire process would take less than an hour.
