Driving away from a dealership in your new vehicle, without the factory floor mats because they have to keep them in the parts department because they have an employee theft problem is unacceptable. I had to make a special trip back the next day during normal parts department hours, just to pick up my floor mats. There’s not SOMEONE on staff at all times that can be trusted with a key to a floor mat storage room?!?! And then it took 3 weeks and 6 days for my trade-in to be paid off. Mr. Rudy Torres, was very professional,knowledgeable and courteous, repairs to my vehicle were done promptly. I live closer to a different Toyota Dealership, however I drive the extra miles to go to Weston Toyota, the service and professionalism can not be found elsewhere. Thank you.
