I have been using the service dept for 13 years for my FJ Cruiser and I would never go anywhere else. Over the years I have encountered probably every intake service person there and have never been disappointed. Most recently Howard Herman greeted me and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with conveying recommendations. I don't let any other service shop touch my car.

An extra tent check in service, directing the car 🚗 flow very well. The entire service process is pretty smooth. Option of both indoor and outdoor sittings.

Always quick and easy for my maintenance service! Nick has been outstanding.
The worst dealer I ever dealt with they sold me a truck with low oil, they never checked the it and within a couple of weeks of driving it I was stuck broken down on I 95. Had it tow back to them when I was told that it didn’t have enough oil in the engine. I will contact headquarters I will like to be reimbursed for the towing and for missing not only one day of work but now I was told to bring it to Ford Autonation to check it another day off work what a bunch of incompetent people I will not recommend this dealer at all s... read more
