Requested a diagnosis they reported items not relevant to the problem. They would tell me what tests were done or what codes may have been present. Said check engine light was not on. At first they refused to do additional test with additional charge. They then agreed, after two days no call, car was still parked in the same spot at the same crocked angle. I would never buy a car from here. drove 3 hours for them to waste my time. tried to charge me an additional $2,7oo dollars because it was Gold Certified with damage. Per a Toyota Dealer owner friend I have in a diff city the Gold certified can't have damage and the Certification is only $500. I’ve had to request a warranty claim TWICE because the first time it was never put into the system by their service manager Levi. It has been almost a year and no resolution for the paint defects on my 2023 Toyota Tacoma. I definitely won’t be purchasing the new Tacoma from this dealership when it comes out like I’d planned on doing. 4/27/2024: I took my 2023 Tacoma in for the axle recall. My husband an I went to look at a 2024 Toyota GR 86 sports car. Absolutely beautiful car. The salesman we met with was Johnathan Sierra. He was really helpful as I haven’t driven a stick shift in almost 25 years. Johnathan was so sweet reminding me of how to drive the stick shift in an empty parking lot at a local abandoned mall parking lot. I took my Highlander because all the dashboard lights were on and they told me it was the battery. They changed the battery. It cost me $580. When I took the vehicle I left the dealership and all the lights came on again. I went back and left the vehicle. I bought a 2020 Rav4 hybrid and the general manager at that time convinced me to buy a 6 year extended warranty stating it covered maintenance as well as mechanical, which was misleading. I bought the car for no interest for 72 months but the dealership got their money by selling a$6000 warranty that is not needed at all.
