I am so glad I found Lost Pines Toyota and the great team there! Everyone (Sebastian, Marco, Cody, Caitlin, and Jason) went above and beyond to work with me in getting the car that was within my budget! what a joke, set up an appointment, told its going to be an hour for an inspection. Service advisor states its going to take 1.5 to 2 hours., says the scheduler can say what they want, not always accurate. kind of a bait and switch. no notice, drove 45 min from GR, . I'll never do business with them again. I hope you don't get the same poor treatment I received.
Worst dealership in Michigan. I warn you to stay away if you expect to be treated with respect. If you don't care to be treated poorly then this is the place for you. I scheduled an appointment for a recall this morning. The person that scheduled the appointment said the inspection takes 1 hour.
