Terrible dealership, they sold us a 2020 Camry, we found out shortly after purchase it had been in an accident and been used as a fleet car. When confronted their fist defense was they gave us the car fax in our paperwork, when we disproved that they told us we could have looked it up on their website. So recently we hit a deer and the body shop doing the repair found workmanship from the previous was so bad they couldn’t safely tie new parts into it. I have been to Torrington Toyota several times and have never had a positive experience. The arrogant teenage service manager to scheduled appointments that when I got there they told me I would have to wait for 2 hours for a recall I was told would take 45 minutes . Go there if you want lousy service…. BUT I do their commercials
Your tv commercial has this woman calling Toyota "T Ota". There is no way anyone can pronounce Toyota "T Ota!". My ex was a car dealer for decades and gave me a Toyota in 1979 and that was my make of car for 44 years. It's insulting to call a Toyota a "T Ota"!
Sales staff seems professional but service department changes more than other dealers and isn NOT professional. I took my car to Toyota of Rockwall after the LTA (Lane Tracking) stoped working. I had dented my bumper and it had to be replaced and the camera reinstalled. It worked after the repair but stoped after 30 miles. I was told by Toyota of Rockwall that I needed new camera and sensor system and it would cost $3500 to $5000. I brought my Toyota Prius in two years ago. The fan on the a/c was blowing intermittently. They said I would need a whole new a/c unit at a cost of over $3500. I showed them the compressor was producing very cold air, the fan just didn’t work all the time. They stuck with their total a/c replacement. I passed on it since the fan worked most of time.
