Very dissapointed with AutoNation Toyota, specially the management in the service department. Great customer service. Everyone is very polite, professional and attentive to the customer’s needs. I bought a 2021 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER PLATINUM; it’s a gorgeous car and handles very well, unfortunately the next day I brought it home while trying to familiarize with the car features I noticed that the driver seat cooling fan was making a screeching noise, and something also loose/broken in the right track of the same seat.
