I was drawn in by an online ad for a specific car at a great price. I emailed to confirm availability and received a written reply saying the car was there. I then called the manager who sent the email, and he personally confirmed the vehicle was available and encouraged me to come in. I drove over an hour expecting to see exactly what I was promised. I've reached out multiple times to get information on the vehicle to set up tand plan the purchase, but after more than several attempts no response even from sales managers or finance managers. So I figured my business was no longer wanted even though I never got a chance to speak to anyone other than email for a test drive appointment. May want to look somewhere else that values you and your time

Dealer contacted me rather quickly. We had a few Tel-Con's about the vehicle in question. I ultimately purchased the vehicle but it almost did not happen. We were nearly finished about financing and then I had a few more questions to ask. That's when everything seemed to fall apart. I called the first time and during the transfer we were disconnected. Very fair dealership one of few.
Very professional
The salesman and the GM lied to my face. Drove 300 miles to get a car and had to go back twice due to lights and codes on the dash indicating something was wrong. They said it was fixed. NOPE!! Got the same codes and more on our way home. Cars going back!!! They absolutely suck at customer service. Stay away!!! They can’t be trusted.
Wyatt immediately contacted me and was very helpful with any questions and even offered to drive the vehicle from the dealership to my apartment to let me test drive it that day (30 miles away). We went on about a 20 minute test drive and he was very helpful. He let me know that I could E-Sign if I want to take the car off the market. I said I was not comfortable signing anything until after my mechanic inspected it. I had the vehicle inspected the next day he worked.
