By far the worst dealership ive ever been to. I purchased a car on the 30th of March and NO ONE mentioned anything about there being an issue. I thought i could trust that they would take care of the rest of the finance part since i had traded in a vehicle. A month later they completely have not done ANYTHING and ignore my calls. They also were able to sell and pocket the money for the car i had traded in lol. I called today, because my hubcap was broken when they rotated my tires. Last time I was there, they drew on my car and didn't wash it off. Even a car wash didn't get it off. So I left that in the review. When I called, the service representative said "This is unrelated, but last time you didn't give me the best review. My paycheck is affected by this so take that into consideration the next time you leave me a review." It was super unprofessional. I didn't even leave a bad reciew, just an average one...
Wish I could give more stars but I had way to many issues. They lucky I even gave one star. I would not recommend anyone here sorry not sorry seems to be the motto
Honestly, I have never written a negative review in my life, but I felt compelled to warn others about the scam between Sales and the Service Department at AutoNation Toyota Tempe - trust me here, avoid this dealership. I went th o purchase nissan xterra advertised on cargurus. I received call from another sale ssf person while at dealership giving me details of alleged vehicle. The actual car was in a backlot with cracked windshield, dents and rust and missing paint. Their carfax report has it listed as accident/damage free. Very misleading, will tell you anything to sell, worst experience I have ever had at a dealership, after two weeks of them running my credit 21 times they call and want more money down for almost double the monthly payments they had promised. I told them I wanted to wait until next year to but but they kept calling 4-5 times a day to go for the car only to take it back in 2 weeks
I got a great deal on the car I purchased, and because of that wish I could rate this dealership higher, but I encountered too many concerning issues during the process. I initially liked the salesman and financer. Unfortunately, they attempted to tack on $995 for “accessories”. I come from a very long line of Toyota drivers and I was so happy to become apart of that legacy. I would never recommend this dealership as it would frustrate anyone. Everyone is very friendly, but ultimately that is a part of their job to be customer service oriented. However, as far as holding them accountable to get the loan funded or to get paperwork in on time, be prepared to be delayed. Autonation Toyota Tempe took advantage of 2 senior citizens who were so excited to find the exact car they were looking for that they ended up getting their interest rate bumped up, 2 years added to the loan and over $8000 of worthless to them policies and insurances added to their loan. Seriously, who gets 96 month loan on a 4 year old car!!
