Skylar was very helpful and provided the information to get my Rav 4 serviced quickly.
Contrary to my previous favorable review, this time I was disappointed by the service there. First, after fixing the oil leakage, the next day all of the new oil drained from the engine onto the garage floor. This means they did a poor job. When I called them with my concern, they admitted it and repaired the oil pad - hopefully it will be all right this time. But then I found some scratches on the driver's door which may have been made in the dealership while under repair and called about it the agent Verina who had handled... read more
