Called literally 10 seconds after my maintenance light came on. Initially declined service as I do my own oil changes for less. About 90 seconds later, was messaged that I was eligible for a $15 oil change with free tire rotation. Can't beat that. Immediately scheduled service for the next day. Service took the typical hour, not bad. Thought I needed new tires but was told tires are in good shape, so I get to wait for that expense longer than anticipated which is nice. Check in process took long and service even longer! Had an appt at 4:45pm and didn't leave the place until 7pm. The issue I went for was not even resolved. Mind you, only an oil change was performed.
Timothy Davidson had fantastic service showing us all the different RAV4s!
Upselling senior citizens is not cool. Doing an alignment and a tire rotation right before new tires are needed makes no sense.
