Battery light came on in my 2008 Sienna. Dropped it off Saturday at noon with Carlos. Within 2 hours, it was diagnosed to need new alternator. By early afternoon the following Monday, the replacement was completed. I was also able to use their monthly coupon. Great & competent service at convenient hours. Thank you !!!
Well the attendee was super nice. As far as service seems okay but I noticed the car wasn’t washed and my mileage was >10,000 and my next service sticker read come back at 6500 miles???? I think to pay nearly $500 for a new key fob is just outrageous!
I have almost always had positive experiences with Toyota service even if i don’t like the price. Sometimes i feel they upsell me to things that aren’t needed right away and not easy to refuse or refute. I feel that is most often done to women. Having said that i have purchased 10 cars there so have along record. I would not keep going back if i did not feel safe and comfortable in their vehicles.
