I had an appointment for an oil change. It took 3 hours and 45 minutes to complete. When I asked what took so long, I received a shrug and was told that’s just how the day had been going. In addition, I never received an update. When the staff member came to tell me it was finished, I had to be the one to initiate a conversation about if there were any concerns that they found while working on my car. Very disappointed in the communication and the length of time it took for an oil change.
When booking oil change was told I had a $25 discount coming. When finished they did not honor it.
