I had a bad experience here! My new RAV4 makes flapping noise when driving on freeway under strong winds. The noise sounds like from a loosing parts in left front side. Before I drove to the service station, technician called me and reminded me that may not find any defects unless driving under same condition. I told him that we suspect the noise may caused by the front crossbar, because we knocked on the bars and front one sounds not tightened. When we at the site, we told same story to same technician. I have been coming to Auto Nation Toyota on Sahara since I moved to Las Vegas. Michael Bigness in my Service Advisor. I am completely satisfied with his personal attention he gives to my vehicle each and every time I come to the dealership for service. Everyone is so courteous, helpful and pleasant.
