I brought in my truck for a routine service of oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor Jose was at lunch at the time, and I didn't wish to disturb him on his lunch break. Service advisor Chris who shares a counter with Jose offered to start the check in process for me. That was going above and beyond as far as customer service concerned. The employees were friendly and there was plenty of seating. The bathroom was clean and they had coffee. The lobby had armchairs and tables. My issue was an oil change to 3.5 hours. I had to ask about my vehicle to finally get out of there. The place is clean and the workers were friendly, but service was too slow for an oil change.

I had a easy visits when Toyota people where very welcoming and quick easy service and keep you updated on the status of your car as well as give you a complimentary Lyft service if the wait is long for your car to be serviced. I really did love coming here will be definitely coming back here.

Long waiting for everything, forcing to sell you unnecessary stuff, new car has problems no body wants to care of it, sale person forgets about you after you sign the documents.

I am really excited for my purchase of my vehicle and Aleks Mutafov was very helpful and honest. Aleks did not pressure me to buy anything. He made my experience very pleasant he went above and beyond my expectations. I will be dealing with Aleks again.
