RecommendedTook my vehicle to the other Toyota dealership because it was closer to me, and it was a big mistake, because they misdiagnosed the issue. (This was the 3rd time having issues at so called dealership). They wanted to change out a computer module that my warranty would not cover. Yesterday my engine light went on so I took the vehicle to this place. They told me diagnostic took 1 hour and they will be charging $100.00 for a loose gas cap. I purchased a platinum warranty just because of this kind of bs and spend over $4k for it. I will not ever take my vehicle back to this dealer.
when ever my Toyota is in for service, in and out fast. Never any problems.
Courteous and timely service. The service manager and service asst were friendly and kept me informed as to my vehicles service needs and when it would be completed.
Excellent Customer Service!! Scott and Art are the Best at Service. The gentlemen that hand it my keys when the car was ready offer wash my car before I left. That was very Nice.
Brought vehicle in for oil change only to get home to find that the service was not performed. Tires not rotated (based on lack of smudges on wheel brake dust and missing valve cap still in the same position), oil not changed (based on looking at the drain plug and seeing no evidence of recent oil smear or residue). Brought the truck back the next day and discussed this with the service adviser and the service was then performed. My salesman Tyrone Hobson was very knowledgeable and worked hard to find me the right truck that I was looking for. The sales process was very easy and not pushy like most other places that try to pressure you into something you don’t want. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from Autonation Toyota.
service dept diagnosed my vehicle problem wrong. wasting time and money. service dept gun decked multi point inspection. go somewhere else
