Went in a few days ago to get a rear tail light replaced. I worked with Darnell in parts. GREAT guy. Was knowledgeable, helpful, and came out from behind the desk to make sure I didn't have any other lights out so we could get any replacements done all at once. He also gave me a few good tips and advice on buying another pare, in addition to showing me how to replace the light myself, but said the dealership would happily help me too. See UPDATE BELOW---Horrible experience w service team. Car has been there over a week, left msgs with Brey, William and Austin, still No One has reached out to let me know diagnostic results for my vehicle I purchased in April that has already become undriveable... Feeling reallll lemony and suspect.. I know theres some nationwide issue they are encountering but courtesy call instead of leaving customer in the dark for over a week wouldve been appreciated.
