They did have a fantastic car that we bought. We came here because of the car. However, the customer service (or I should say salesman) are below subpar. To test drive the car they attempted to ask us so many personal questions. We didn’t answer them and just asked if we could test drive the car. We did. Extremely disappointed with AutoNation Subaru of Arapahoe. I would give it a zero star if I could. Tito Alvizuris does not honor his word and uses misleading tactics that completely waste your time. We were given a high offer over the phone for our vehicle after providing the VIN, all vehicle information, and photos upfront. Had a great experience with salesman Nick Dragan. My situation was complicated and he worked tirelessly to make the deal happen without ever being pushy or false. This was not my first rodeo but it was by far the best.
Had a 9:00 appointment and after waiting 40 minutes we went to tract someone down. What's the point of an appointment? Once we found our rep, he was apologetic and found the loaner car we were told we could use. Hopefully the repairs go well.
Scott Chau was lovely to work with when we were looking to sell our car. He was a great communicator, efficient and friendly.
