Had a 9:00 appointment and after waiting 40 minutes we went to tract someone down. What's the point of an appointment? Once we found our rep, he was apologetic and found the loaner car we were told we could use. Hopefully the repairs go well.
Scott Chau was lovely to work with when we were looking to sell our car. He was a great communicator, efficient and friendly.
Really shady business practices. We were lied to about the terms of our loan. We were promised no prepayment penalties, but are now finding out that is not the case. We would not have purchased a vehicle had we known this. They were also consistently sexist. After my wife spent 6 hours at the dealership test driving HER car that SHE paid for, I showed up for 10 minutes at the end, and they defaulted me as the point of contact.
