The service people at Autonation Miami were nice enough. Nissan as an organization, however, completely shocked and disappointed me. The main battery of my 2019 Nissan LEAF suddenly failed causing me to have to tow the car to the dealership. There we discovered the battery was under a formal recall for a full replacement. There were, however, no replacement batteries on hand and the dealership had no idea when one would come in.
