PART 1 OF 2 I towed my car in to this dealership on 10/16/2024 after I had engine troubles. I provided my vehicle warranty information to service rep Andrew Andrews to determine if the repairs were eligible for coverage. Mr. Andrews informs me that the warranty is requiring a tear down where they would determine if the engine failure is a covered repair, but if it was determined that the repair was not covered, I would be responsible for a ~$1,000 charge.
