Rick Davis was excellent. He explained everything very well and emailed us videos about our new car. We have bought three vehicles from AutoNation and we are always treated well!
By far the best dealership experience I have yet to have. I contacted the dealer and dealt with Alek Bennett the entire time. I told him what I wanted and he found me just that in a matter of hours. We had it shipped here from Alabama and everything was very punctual. Unlike any other dealer I've been to he was very on top of things and kept me informed the entire time and for that I couldn't be more appreciative.
It's a frustrating experience to tell the salesperson the price you saw the car advertised for on their own website, and then have the sales manager quote a higher price. Twice.

I wasn't looking at buying a car, I needed to sell mine. I did all my car info online, they emailed me an offer. I called and set up an appointment to bring my car in. Chris and Shawnta were great. From start to finish it took only around 20 minutes. Car looked at, papers signed, done deal. If you don't want the hassle of trying to sell a car yourself, make an appointment with these guys.
I had the best experience. I worked with Shawnta, she was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. She addressed all of my concerns and made me feel very welcomed. Thanks AutoNation I will definitely use again and recommend AutoNation to my friends and family..
