I had a very positive experience purchasing my new Ford Explorer. Lance, my salesman, did an excellent job explaining the vehicle's features, options, pricing and available discounts. His follow up service calls were also terrific. I think the most accurate rating would be 4.5. The only thing that could have been a little better was the length of time at the dealership.
