Great buying experience overall. It took a while to get through the process, but it all worked out well at the end.

I love my QX50!! I just had my 5000 mile oil change & check-up and Gennesis Sanchez was Awesome!! He explained everything in "Lay-man's" (in my case, woman's) term's and even let me humor him with my dumb-a** questions!! The whole process took about an hour and 15 minutes just as he said it would...Super accommodating!! Thank you Gennesis...You're The Man...!!
They don't follow thru with what they say. Never paid trade-in off. Had to pay for their mistakes.

I submitted a request for a quote online and received a call from Sam Park who was very helpful and polite from the very start through the end. He prepared everything for me so all I had to do was come in and sign for my hard credit check and provide the extra necessary information. I was able to not only get a great price on a great car but I was also able to get a good warranty and guarantee plus wonderful service to top it all off!!
